- Only on-line bookings with on-line payment will be accepted as from 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Cancellation fee policy:
- 10% for cancellations 3 months (or more) prior to the event
- 50% for cancellations between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event
- 100% for cancellations less than 1 month prior to the event
