Ghent - Belgium
ICC Ghent - International Convention Centre

Built in the 70’s by Bontinck, the famous Ghent architect, the ICC, with space for 975
congress visitors and 4 breakout rooms, has been continually refurbished over the years to meet the requirements of the congress and events industry. Both the look of the building and its equipment have been refined down to the smallest detail.
The International Convention Centre Ghent, situated in Ghent’s beautiful green long, the
Citadel Park, offers not just congress facilities, but also an events hall, meeting facilities,
a theatre auditorium, an exhibition complex, etc.
How to get to Ghent? Two European motorways (E17 and E40) cross in Ghent, which
makes the city easy to reach by car and bus. Brussels Airport is a 45 minute drive away,
while there are direct trains every 30 minutes between the international airport and the
international railway station, Gent-Sint-Pieters.
Apart from the sufficiently large underground car park at the ICC Ghent and the public Azalea parking lot
at the back, there are several large car parks in the city centre: the underground car park
below Sint-Pietersplein, the SMAK car park and the one on Isabellakaai.
